A 20 minute Reformer-style mat Pilates class!
Using the resistance band to create that same lengthening and strengthening as the machine. So if you miss your usual reformer class you can still create the same effects on the mat!
I added ankle weights for extra resistance but if you don't have the equipment you can always do it without. You can use a towel instead of the band too!
* As always if something doesn't feel good for you adjust accordingly. This workout is for YOU so if you need to rest your head or bend your knees- do it!
Take breaks and get back into it when you feel ready.
Or if you're feeling extra strong & energized you can always combine several of my workout videos back to back depending on what you want to focus on!
