Sharing one of my favourite workouts with you- Reformer Pilates style workout on the mat.
I'm a huge fan of Reformer Pilates but I don't have a machine at home...
So I created this routine on the mat to resemble some of those reformer moves that you can do anywhere, anytime with minimal space.
I used a Theraband and Pilates ball but you're welcome to use no equipment or improvise with a towel/pillow!
