An upper body focused workout in under 15 mins.
This is my go to routine to sculpt and define arms & shoulders. So good for your posture too!
I added 3lb hand weights, but you can of course do it with no equipment if you prefer!
Strengthen your core, shoulders, arms & improve your posture :)
* As always if something doesn't feel good for you adjust accordingly. This workout is for YOU so if you need to rest your head or bend your knees- do it! Take breaks and get back into it when you feel ready.
Or if you're feeling extra strong & energised you can always combine several of my workout videos back to back depending on what you want to focus on!
