30 min long legs and strong core!
A workout that focuses on strengthening the deepest muscles in our core while also lengthening your legs and thighs.
Hand weighs are optional but encouraged for that extra burn.
As always, focus on your breath to really connect mind to body and take breaks whenever you need to. It's your workout and your body so do what feels best for you!
