A 30 min full body flow based on classical Pilates movements.
This is a great way to really focus on the basic principles of Pilates to lengthen your spine and strengthen your core as well as your entire body.
And of course, using your inhales and exhales to flow with your movements.
Equipment used are light hand weight, ankle weights and a mat.
If you don't have the equipment you can always do it without!
