A full body workout focusing on creating lengthened and toned legs whilst sculpting the abdominals.
I used a pilates ball and ankle weights but if you don't have these you can still do this workout without any equipment!
* If at any point you feel any strain your hip flexors or your neck take breaks and breathe. Get back into the workout when you feel ready. This workout is for YOU so adjust as you need.
