Welcome to Month 2 of the WEDDING — PLAN! You're officially done with your first 30 days...How are you feeling?
This month we are focusing on incorporating all things beauty: cold therapy, lymphatic drainage, and hot therapy. You might have already started including these practices, but if you haven't, don't worry!
MONTH TWO MINDSET —
Remember to continue to tailor this program to your lifestyle & needs. Its the small things you do daily that will make the biggest difference in helping you look & feel your best for your wedding day. While you might be feeling extra nerves or stress, remember to enjoy the journey along the way!

In month two, we will focus on more strengthening as well as pilates circuits.
