Today's workout is an upper body strengthening series to really work on our posture, as well as strengthen our shoulders, arms, and core. We will be using a 10 lb bar as well as 3 lb hand weights, but as always all equipment is optional. This series is just as effective using your bodyweight only. Meet me on your mat!
