Fire up your core and glutes using my favourite prop the Pilates ball.
If you don't have the equipment you can always do it without by using a small pillow!
* As always if something doesn't feel good for you adjust accordingly. This workout is for YOU so if you need to rest your head or bend your knees- do it!
Take breaks and get back into it when you feel ready.
